Qualifications

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Project Manager/Project Coordinator in the Sign or Construction Industry
  • Coordinate efforts across entire project between architects, designers, engineers, and subcontractors
  • Coordinate efforts across entire project between architects, designers, engineers, and subcontractors
  • Ability to budget, schedule, negotiate, and control costs
  • Familiarity with contract and subcontract documents, terms, and conditions
  • Strong leadership and management skills

    Responsibilities
  • Plans, coordinates, and tracks all activities related to the production and installation process to ensure the timely and profitable completion of individual projects
  • Oversees budget and schedule
  • Provide technical direction and ensure compliance with quality standards
  • Provide directions to the production and installation departments as well as subcontractors
  • Self-Motivating
  • Ability to manage multiple projects / tasks at one time
