Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Project Manager/Project Coordinator in the Sign or Construction Industry
- Coordinate efforts across entire project between architects, designers, engineers, and subcontractors
- Coordinate efforts across entire project between architects, designers, engineers, and subcontractors
- Ability to budget, schedule, negotiate, and control costs
- Familiarity with contract and subcontract documents, terms, and conditions
- Strong leadership and management skills
Responsibilities - Plans, coordinates, and tracks all activities related to the production and installation process to ensure the timely and profitable completion of individual projects
- Oversees budget and schedule
- Provide technical direction and ensure compliance with quality standards
- Provide directions to the production and installation departments as well as subcontractors
- Self-Motivating
- Ability to manage multiple projects / tasks at one time
