About the Role:

Airpark Signs & Graphics is seeking an energetic Assembly Technician to join our team. This is a production-based position in a fast-paced shop environment. Reporting directly to our Assembly Manager, this is a full-time role with a schedule of Monday–Friday (approximately 7 AM–4 PM), with some weekend work required.

 

A successful Assembly Technician will excel at critical thinking, communication, and attention to detail, allowing them to quickly interpret design files and effectively follow production instructions from start to finish. This individual must be reliable, accurate, and able to thrive in a deadline-driven environment.

 

We are looking for someone eager to learn and grow in the signage industry at our busy Tempe-based sign company! While assembly experience is a plus, it is not required.


Job Responsibilities:

Fabricate and assemble signs using industry-standard substrates, hardware, and application processes.
 

Assemble various components into a completed product following brand and quality standards.
 

Maintain accurate records of work performed.
 

Collaborate with other departments to ensure project success.
 


What We Require:

Ability to read and understand written instructions.
 

Basic math and measurement skills.
 

Ability to succeed in both independent and team environments.
 

Capability to perform repetitive tasks continuously.
 

Light lifting (20–30 lbs.).
 

Ability to sit and stand for extended periods.
 

Proficiency in reading, understanding, and following work order instructions in English.
 

Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
 


Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in the sign manufacturing industry.
 

2+ years of assembly experience (preferred).
 

General PC skills (Google Workspace).
