PROJECT MANAGER POSITION SUMMARY:
Bootz & Duke Sign Co. is a premier, full-service sign company that has been serving Arizona and National Accounts for 60 years. We have an immediate opening for a full-time, Project Manager. The PM will work closely with executives, purchasing agents, general contractors, and sub-contractors; they will be responsible for executing professional, quality support on the day-to-day processes related to running projects nationwide. Able to work quickly and efficiently while maintaining integrity and safety standards. The ideal candidate is growth oriented, able to work well with others, analyze notes in the database, create comprehensive reports, including project progress updates, and any changes or deviations from original plans, and lastly, maintain accurate records of work performed, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete.
PROJECT MANAGER DUTIES:
• Collaborate effectively with project teams, including the Superintendent, contractors, subcontractors, and other tradespeople to ensure timely completion of projects within budget.
• Maintain clear and intentional communication to ensure smooth coordination and execution of projects in database and in person.
• Making judgment calls based on notes in the database for specific orders to determine correct workflow.
• Reading blueprints, legend symbols, scale of plan, and diagrams.
• Create comprehensive reports, including project progress updates, material usage, and any changes or deviations from original plans.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete.
PROJECT MANAGER QUALIFICATIONS:
• 2 -5 years in project management OR Project Management Certification (PMP)
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook
• Must be able to negotiate and work well with others.
• Must be able to perform quality checks on completed projects throughout the life of the project.
• Detail-oriented with strong communication skills.
• Must be able to read blueprints.
PROJECT MANAGER COMPENSATION:
• This is a full-time, hourly position.
• Pay range is $20.00 - $25.00 DOE
