SIGN INSTALLER POSITION SUMMARY:
Bootz & Duke Sign Co. is a premier full-service sign company that has been serving Arizona and National Accounts for over 54 years. We have an immediate opening for a full-time, Sign Installer, preferably with a CDL class B. This is an installation apprenticeship and requires a flexible schedule and the ability for occasional in-state travel. We are looking for a dependable, flexible, quality-minded, team-player, who has the desire to learn and grow. Should have some background and familiarity working with tools, electrical/wiring, welding, etc. Comfortable working in tight spaces and with heights. We are willing to train the right candidate! SIGN INSTALLER COMPENSATION:
- This is a full-time, hourly position.
- Pay range is $20.00 - $25.00 DOE.
- Per diem for overnight company required travel.
- Hotel room cost covered by company for required overnight travels.
- Overtime in this position is likely.
SIGN INSTALLER DUTIES & QUALIFICATIONS:
- Duties will include installing pole signs, monument signs, LED and neon channel letters.
- Previous sign installation experience is preferred but not a requirement.
- Have welding skills and electrical knowledge.
- Be able to work in tight spaces (e.g., climb, crawl) and okay with heights to make sign installations, repairs, etc.
- Crane Operators License and Welding Certification is a plus.
- Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record for at least 5 years; 5-year MVR history is required.
- This is for a fulltime position, Monday through Friday, with occasional nights and weekends.
- Must be available to travel out of town within the state (Company pays for overnight hotel stays and offers per diem for company related travel).
